我校是一所典型的农村初中,地理位置相对偏僻,交通相对不便,生源质量参差不齐。一些学生知识面比较狭窄,思维不够开阔,行为习惯较差,加之周边网吧、游戏厅等环境的影响,都是导致学生厌学、怕学的不利因素,形成一定比例的后进生。做好这部分学生的转化工作,对提高学生整体素质和学科成绩,都将起到事半功倍的效果。 My school is a typical junior high school in rural areas, relatively remote location, relatively inconvenient transportation, uneven quality of students. Some students’ knowledge is narrow, their thinking is not broad enough, their behavior is poor, and the influence of surrounding Internet cafes, game halls and other environments are all unfavorable factors that cause students to become tired of study and fear of learning, forming a certain percentage of undergraduate students. Doing this part of the student’s transformation work will have a multiplier effect on improving the overall quality of students and the academic results.
