介绍了在 4~ 12 μm范围电感频率网栅选择表面 (FSS)的传输和反射特性。特别研究了FSS单元间隔对共振位置和宽度的影响 ,以及基底和覆盖层的折射率对结构光谱响应的影响。
The transmission and reflection characteristics of the inductive frequency grid selection surface (FSS) in the range of 4 to 12 μm are presented. In particular, the effect of FSS cell spacing on the resonance location and width, and the effect of the refractive index of the substrate and the cladding on the spectral response of the structure were investigated.
