针对长庆油田老井侧钻井水泥封固质量差的问题,进行了老井侧钻井固井技术研究。总结和分析了调整更新井及侧钻井固井的特点和难点,在室内试验研究了防窜(油层)二凝水泥浆体系,试验了高效冲洗隔离液,提高了 1、2界面的水泥胶结质量,采用了紊流+塞流的水泥浆顶替技术和平衡压力的侧钻井固井技术。现场固井 46口,固井一次合格率 100%,油层段优质率大于 90%。侧钻井固井技术及其水泥浆体系的研制开发为长庆多级压力层系、低压易漏失、油气(伴生气)水活跃及长裸眼复杂井固井提供了理论依据和技术支撑,提高了固井质量,降低了固井成本。
Aiming at the poor quality of cement in the old well of Changqing Oilfield, cementing technology of old well drilling is studied. The characteristics and difficulties in adjusting well of renewal and lateral well cementing were summarized and analyzed. The anti-channeling (oil layer) two condensate cementing system was tested in laboratory and the high efficiency flushing liquid was tested to improve the cementing quality , The use of turbulent + plug flow of cement displacement technology and the balance of pressure side of the well drilling technology. 46 cementing sites, cementing a pass rate of 100%, the quality of the oil layer is greater than 90%. The research and development of lateral well cementing technology and its cement slurry system provide theoretical basis and technical support for Changqing multi-stage pressure strata, low pressure loss, oil-gas (associated gas) water active and long-openhole complicated well cementing, and improve Cementing quality, reducing the cost of cementing.
