用红外光谱(IR)和X射线光电子能谱(XPS)对用研磨法制得的(NH4)2SO4-Fe2O3样品进行了表征。并将表征结果与其催化性能关联。研究结果表明,热处理时存在着(NH4)2SO4在Fe2O3表面上自发分散过程。同时在表面形成S-Fe配合物。随着处理温度的升高,表面S-Fe配合物含量逐步增大,573K时达极大值。此时催化反应活性最大。超过573K,随着处理温度升高,表面S-Fe配合物分解,此时催化反应活性也相应降低。
The (NH4) 2SO4-Fe2O3 samples prepared by grinding method were characterized by infrared spectroscopy (IR) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). And correlate the characterization results with their catalytic performance. The results show that there is spontaneous dispersion of (NH4) 2SO4 on Fe2O3 surface during heat treatment. While forming S-Fe complexes on the surface. With the increase of treatment temperature, the content of S-Fe complex gradually increased, reaching the maximum at 573K. At this point the catalytic activity of the largest. Above 573K, the surface S-Fe complexes decompose as the treatment temperature increases, and the catalytic activity decreases accordingly.
