本文从转录水平和翻译水平两个方面回顾了近年来人成纤维细脃干扰素(IFN-β)基因表达的研究进展。主要论述了IFN-β基因转录区5’侧翼序列在基因转录时的调控作用以及IFN-βmRNA编码区侧翼的非翻译区对翻译效率的影响。介绍了以上研究对于蛋白质表达传统理论提出的新见解。提示了新的进展对IFN-β基因在真核细胞中有效表达的现实意义。
In this paper, we review the recent progress in the study of human fibroblast fibronectin (IFN-β) gene expression from the aspects of transcriptional level and translation level. The effects of 5 ’flanking sequence of IFN-β gene transcription on gene transcription and the effect of untranslated region flanking the IFN-β mRNA coding region on translation efficiency are mainly discussed. The new insights proposed by the above studies on the traditional theory of protein expression are introduced. Suggesting that the new progress in the effective expression of IFN-β gene in eukaryotic cells of practical significance.
