采用AccQ柱前衍生高效液相色谱法,以6-氨基喹啉-N-羟基琥珀酰亚胺基-氨基甲酸酯(AQC)为衍生试剂,分离并检测了黑大麦样品中游离氨基酸种类及其含量.结果表明:在检测出的9中游离氨基酸中,天冬氨酸含量最低(2.3±0.031μmol/g),苯丙氨酸的含量最高(347.6±8.052μmol/g),占氨基酸总量的46.67%,且氨基酸浓度与峰面积呈良好的线性关系.此方法稳定性较高,操作简单,准确可靠,具有较高的灵敏度,在黑大麦的开发与利用以及质量控制方面具有很好的应用前景.
