本试验是用风淬粒化钢渣代替天然砂配制道路混凝土,检验风淬粒化钢渣对道路混凝土工作性能和物理力学性能的影响。试验结果表明,风淬粒化钢渣绝大部分颗粒呈球形,具有减水效果,可减少混凝土用水量,与天然砂复合使用可发挥天然砂和风淬粒化钢渣各自优点,其物理力学性能也最佳。
In this experiment, the wind-quenched granulated steel slag was used instead of natural sand to prepare the road concrete. The effect of the wind-hardened granulated steel slag on the working performance and the physical and mechanical properties of the road concrete was tested. The test results show that most of the particles of the wind-hardened granulated steel slag are spherical with a water-reducing effect and can reduce the water consumption of the concrete. The combined use of the natural sand and the natural sand can exert the respective advantages of the natural sand and the wind-hardened granulated steel slag and the physical and mechanical properties good.
