目的 对KX 2 1血液细胞分析仪进行评价并报告。方法 用手工方法和COULTERSTKS血液细胞分析仪测定结果与KX 2 1血液细胞分析仪测定结果进行比较分析。结果 精密度 :WBC、RBC、HGB、HCT、PLT的CV值 (% )分别小于 2 .4 0 %、0 .86 %、0 .6 0 %、0 .85 %、5 .0 6 % ;线性试验 :WBC在 (0 .0 3~ 4 8.8× 10 9/L) ,RBC在 (0 .6 3~ 6 .70× 10 12 /L) ,HGB在 (19.5~ 2 0 8.0g/L) ,HCT在 (0 .0 5 9~ 0 .6 30 ) ,PLT在 (12~ 6 10× 10 9/L)之间有较好的线性 ;携带污染率 :WBC、RBC、HGB、PLT的携带污染率均小于 0 .32 % ;血细胞参数与COULTERSTKS进行对照 ,结果有良好的相关性 ,相关系数 (r)均在 0 .984以上 ;白细胞分类与手工分类结果对比 ,中性粒细胞、淋巴细胞、中间细胞的相关系数 (r)分别是 0 .92 9,0 .96 0 ,0 .5 5 4 ;两种测量模式的对照 ,除MXD %的相关系数为 0 .5 6 0 4外 ,其它实验项目有较好的相关性。结论 KX 2 1血液细胞分析仪是一种性能较为优良 ,值得应用的血液细胞分析仪。
Objective To evaluate and report the KX 2 1 hematology analyzer. Methods The manual method and the COULTERSTKS hematology analyzer were compared with the KX 2 1 hematology analyzer. For the two measurement modes, except for the correlation coefficient of MXD% was 0.56 0 4, the other experiments The project has good relevance. Conclusion KX 2 1 hematology analyzer is a better performance, worth applying hematology analyzer.
