在学习方面如何面对职校学生这一特殊体?最好的方法还是激发学生的学习兴趣,转移他们的注意力。如何来激发,使其注意力转移呢?本文主要浅谈我的一点看法和经验。“知之者不如好之者,好之者不如乐之者。”第一点,用生疑的方法,让学生发自内心的去寻求答案。其一,老师用图片、实验、多媒体等通过自己大量的主观努力给学生带来客观感官上的刺激。其二,激活学生的内心情感。这里又有很多方式。第二点,对学生的信任、鼓励很重要。第三点,给予学生成就感和荣誉感。这基本上是就个体学生而言的兴趣激发。但是展现在老师们面前的往往是一个个的班级,即群体的学生,简单探讨。
How to deal with this particular body of vocational school students in the learning? The best way is to stimulate students’ interest in learning and divert their attention. This article mainly on my point of view and experience. “The first is to use the suspicious method, let the students from the heart to seek answers.” First, teachers use images, experiments, multimedia, etc. to bring students objective and sensory stimulation through their own large amount of subjective efforts. Second, activate students’ inner feelings. There are many ways here. The second point, the trust of students, encouragement is very important. The third point, to give students a sense of accomplishment and honor. This is basically an excitement of interest for individual students. However, it is often shown in front of the teachers one by one class, that is, the group of students, a simple discussion.
