搞活大中型企业是当前经济工作的中心,深化经济体制改革的重点。最近,我们对牡丹江木工机械厂,木材综合加工厂,造纸厂,国营桦林橡胶厂,橡胶二厂,橡胶四厂等五个大中型企业和一个小型企业做了一番调查,基本摸清了影响这几个企业活力的价格因素,并对搞活大中型企业的若干价格政策有了新的思考。一、影响企业活力的价格因素被调查的企业按价格管理形式划分,有三种类型。第一种类型:企业产品全部由国家定价的有牡丹江造纸厂,国营桦林橡胶厂,牡丹江橡胶二厂和橡胶四厂四个企业。第二种类型:企业产品全部实行国家指导价格的有牡丹江木工机械厂一家。第三种类型:在一个企业三种价格形式并存。牡丹江木材综合加工厂,1990年国家定价占全部产品的28%;国家指导价占30%;市场调节价占42%。
Invigorating large and medium-sized enterprises is the center of current economic work and the focus of deepening economic restructuring. Recently, we have conducted investigations on Mudanjiang Woodworking Machinery Factory, wood integrated processing plants, paper mills, state-owned birch forest rubber plants, rubber factory No. 2, and rubber factory No. 4 and a small-scale enterprise. The price factors that affect the vitality of these enterprises and new thinking on pricing policies that invigorate large and medium-sized enterprises. First, the price factors affecting the vitality of the enterprise The enterprises surveyed are divided according to the form of price management. There are three types. The first type: All the enterprise products are priced by the country: Mudanjiang Paper Mill, State-run Hualin Rubber Factory, Mudanjiang Rubber Plant No. 2 and Rubber No. 4 Plant. The second type: There is a Mudanjiang Woodworking Machinery Factory which implements the national guidance price for all products. The third type: coexist in one enterprise in three price forms. Mudanjiang timber integrated processing plant, in 1990 the national pricing accounted for 28% of all products; national guide price accounted for 30%; market adjustment price accounted for 42%.
