党的十八届三中全会以来,成都市认真贯彻落实中央和省委重大部署,深入实施“改革创新、转型升级”总体战略,坚持“真抓实干、蹄疾步稳、务求实效”改革主基调和总要求,按照“四化一驱动”的路线设计,统筹推进全面深化改革各项工作,为奋力打造西部经济核心增长极、加快建设现代化国际化大都市注入了强劲动能。截至目前,成都市共召开6次深改领导小组会议,先后审议通过《中共成都市委十二届三次全会重要改革举措实施规划(2014-2020年)》、2015年改革工作要点和工商登记制度改革、国资国企改革、行政审批制度改革等30个重大专项改革方案。
