笙科电子(AMICCOM)发表新一代高整合Zigbee/RF4CE无线射频收发SoC晶片A8153,该晶片RF部份是依ZigbeePHY层与MAC层的2.4GHz射频设计,并整合高效能的1TPipeline8051MCU,内建32KbytesFlash、2KbytesSRAM,配备UART、I2C与SPI等数位介面,2个Channel的PWM输出,并提供2线式的ICE介面,并可使用KeilC开发与除错。A8153的RF部份延袭笙科既有的Zigbee/RF4CE无线射频收发晶片 A new generation of highly integrated Zigbee / RF4CE RF transceiver SoC chip A8153 is released by AMICCOM. The RF part of the chip is designed according to the 2.4GHz RF design of ZigbeePHY and MAC layers and integrates the high performance 1TPipeline8051MCU with built-in 32KbytesFlash, 2KbytesSRAM with digital interface such as UART, I2C and SPI, 2-channel PWM output, 2-wire ICE interface and KeilC development and debug. RF part of A8153 extends Sheng Branch’s existing Zigbee / RF4CE RF transceiver chip
