对中棉所23号单株进行蕾、花、铃时空分布调查,统计不同果枝节位蕾、花、铃总数并计算开花率、成铃率。结果表明:1.不同节间、果节间蕾花铃数差异这极显著水平,第6、7、8、9节为结铃高峰部位,第5、16、17节则现蕾、开花成铃很少,不同果节间随离主茎越远现蕾、开花、成铃呈迅速下降趋势。2.单株开花率、成铃率是下部最高(54.92%,56.91%),中部次之(38.51%,30.39%),上部最低(16.57%,12.71%)单株铃数以中下部节位第一果节为主。3.不同节位间蕾铃脱落率不同,第10节脱落最重,1~8节落铃大于落蕾,9~13节则相反。
