本文通过与传统的调查方法比较,分析了利用卫星遥感手段进行调查所获得的经济效益,并对用遥感技术进行自然资源和环境调查和监测的若干重点项目的经济效益作了评估。由此可以得出一条结论,应用卫星遥感进行自然资源和环境的调查和监测能产生直接的经济效益和长远的社会效益。与按专业调查的方式相比,利用卫星遥感进行多专业综合调查的效果较好。与利用计算机对遥感图像分类的方法相比,建立在计算机图像增强和光学合成影像基础上的目视解译方法在当前能获得较高的精度和较低的费用。
By comparing with the traditional survey methods, this paper analyzes the economic benefits of surveying using satellite remote sensing and evaluates the economic benefits of several key projects of remote sensing technology for natural resources and environmental investigation and monitoring. This leads to the conclusion that the investigation and monitoring of natural resources and environment using satellite remote sensing can produce direct economic benefits and long-term social benefits. Compared with the way of professional survey, the comprehensive survey of multi-disciplinary using satellite remote sensing is better. Compared with the method of using computers to classify remote sensing images, the visual interpretation method based on computer image enhancement and optical synthetic imagery can obtain higher precision and lower cost at present.
