目的:观察益气活血化瘀法与桂枝茯苓胶囊联合米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤的临床疗效。方法:将140例子宫肌瘤患者按随机数字表法为2组各70例,对照组给予米非司酮治疗,观察组行益气活血化瘀法与桂枝茯苓胶囊联合米非司酮治疗,观察2组肿瘤体积、子宫体积、性激素指标[血清促卵泡素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E2)、孕激素(P)],进行临床疗效评估。结果:2组患者治疗后肿瘤体积以及子宫体积均较治疗前缩小(P<0.05),且观察组治疗后与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗后FSH、LH、E2、P均较治疗前改善(P<0.05),观察组较对照组改善更明显(P<0.05)。总有效率观察组为91.43%,对照组为82.86%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益气活血化瘀法与桂枝茯苓胶囊联合米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤疗效确切,值得推广。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Yiqi Huoxue Huayu Decoction and Guizhi Fuling Capsule in combination with mifepristone in the treatment of uterine fibroids. Methods: 140 patients with uterine fibroids according to random number table for the two groups of 70 patients, the control group was treated with mifepristone, the observation group was Yiqi Huayu Huayu method and Guizhi Fuling capsule combined with mifepristone treatment The tumor volume, uterine volume, sex hormones (FSH, LH, E2 and progesterone) in the two groups were observed and evaluated. Results: After treatment, the tumor volume and the uterine volume of the two groups decreased after treatment (P <0.05), and the difference between the two groups after treatment was statistically significant (P <0.05). The FSH, LH, E2, P in both groups improved compared with that before treatment (P <0.05), and the improvement in the observation group was more obvious than that in the control group (P <0.05). The total effective rate was 91.43% in the observation group and 82.86% in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion: Yiqi Huoxue Huayu method and Guizhi Fuling capsule combined with mifepristone treatment of uterine fibroids curative effect is worthy of promotion.
