为了加强北京地区地震活动性的监视预报 ,1998年 1~ 2月开展了北京测网与临时台相互配合的地磁加强观测。根据压磁理论与地震感应磁效应 ,应用同步差值、图像演化、快谱幅比等多种方法 ,分析处理了大量地磁资料 ,研究了地磁时空变化 ,探讨了可能存在的震磁前兆信息。结果表明 ,在此期间北京地区地磁变化正常 ,没有震磁前兆的异常信息。由此作出在此期间内北京地区不会发生M≥ 5 0级地震的预测意见。实际震情与此相符 ,对社会安定起到了积极作用。
In order to strengthen the monitoring and forecasting of seismicity in Beijing area, from January to February 1998, the geomagnetic strengthening observation that the Beijing test network cooperated with the temporary station was carried out. According to the piezomagnetic theory and seismic induced magnetic effect, a great deal of geomagnetic data are analyzed and processed by using the methods of synchronic difference, image evolution, fast spectral ratio and so on. The temporal and spatial variation of geomagnetic field is studied and the possible precursory information of magnetophoresis is discussed. The results show that during this period, the geomagnetic changes in Beijing are normal and there is no abnormal information of the precursory magnetophony. As a result, a prediction of M≥50 0 earthquakes will not occur in Beijing during this period. In line with this, the actual earthquake situation has played an active role in social stability.
