国有企业是我国国民经济的主体，只有实现国有企业与市场的接轨，才能真正建立社会主义市场机制。西方国家通过国有控股公司对国有资产实行巾介经营管理实现了国有企业与市场的嵌合。借鉴西方成功的经验，探索一条适合我国国情的国有企业控股制发展道路，具有积极的现实意义。
State-owned enterprises are the main body of China’s national economy. Only by achieving the integration of state-owned enterprises and the market can we truly establish a socialist market mechanism. Western countries have achieved a mosaic of state-owned enterprises and the market through state-owned holding companies’ management of state-owned assets. Drawing on the successful experience of the West and exploring a road for the development of the state-owned enterprise’s shareholding system suitable for China’s national conditions has positive and practical significance.
