东府[2015]114号各镇人民政府(街道办事处),市府直属各单位:现将《东莞市成长型企业人才扶持试行办法》印发给你们,请认真贯彻执行。东莞市成长型企业人才扶持试行办法第一章总则第一条为加快我市经济结构调整和产业转型升级,聚焦重点行业企业的中高层次人才,壮大产业人才队伍规模,根据《中共东莞市委东莞市人民政府关于实施创新驱动发展战略走在前列的意见》(东委发[2015]5号),制定本办法。第二条本办法涉及的资助经费从“人才东莞”专项资金中安排解决。第三条市人才工作领导小组办公室负责统筹、指导成长型企业新引进人才扶持资助工作的实施,协调解决工作中的重大问题。

Article 3 The Municipal Talents Leading Group Office is responsible for co-ordinating and guiding the implementation of the newly introduced talents in the growing-type enterprises in supporting the funding and coordinating the resolution of major issues in their work.
