利用PowderX软件对多晶复相ZrO_2陶瓷粉的XRD数据进行平滑化、背底扣除、Ka_2峰剥离、零点矫正和指数化处理。并在Bragg方程和晶面间距公式的基础上运用最小二乘法计算点阵常数,该过程由自编的VB程序完成。
PowderX software was used to smooth the XRD data of polycrystalline ZrO_2 ceramic powder. The back subtraction, Ka_2 peak peeling, zero point correction and indexing were carried out. Based on the Bragg equation and the interplanar distance formula, the least square method is used to calculate the lattice constant. This process is completed by a self-compiled VB program.
