幼儿班级是幼儿园的重要组成单位,是幼儿阶段孩子学习、游戏的重要场所。幼儿启蒙阶段的教育是基础教育的最初阶段,也是为未来学校教育和终身教育奠定基础的阶段,幼儿教育是否良好,班级管理是否良好,关系到幼儿的成长和未来的发展,意义重大,不容忽视。结合多年的教学经验,在了解了目前国内幼儿园班级管理存在问题的基础上,探索加强班级管理的有效策略,以期更好地促进幼儿的健康成长。
Kindergarten class is an important component of kindergarten, early childhood children learning, an important place for the game. Early childhood education in early stages of basic education is the initial stage, but also for future school education and lifelong education lay the foundation stage, early childhood education is good, class management is good, relates to the growth of young children and the future development of great significance, can not be ignored . Combined with years of teaching experience, based on the understanding of the current problems in kindergarten class management in our country, we explore effective strategies to strengthen class management in order to better promote the healthy growth of children.
