安徽省首批确定天长、毫州、庐江、东至、宁国、休宁六县(市)为实施初级卫生保健试点已进行了三年。成就、现状如何?问题、困难何在?1989年11月30日至12月14日,省卫生厅组织有医政、防疫、妇幼以及安徽医科大学卫生管理学院部分同志,对上述试点县(市)按照《安徽省“2000年实施初级卫生保健”相关指标的最低标准》进行中期评估。这里就本次评估的基本情况作一介绍。
The first batch of confirmed Tianchang, Haozhou, Minjiang, Dongzhi, Ningguo, and Xiuning counties (cities) in Anhui Province have been implementing pilots for primary health care for three years. What were the achievements, the status quo, and the problems and difficulties? From November 30, 1989 to December 14, 1989, the Provincial Health Department organized some comrades of the Medical Administration, Epidemic Prevention, Maternity, and Anhui Medical University School of Health Management, and the pilot counties (cities) mentioned above. The mid-term evaluation was conducted in accordance with the “Minimum Standards for the Implementation of Related Indicators for Primary Health Care in 2000” in Anhui Province. Here is an introduction to the basic situation of this assessment.
