很多企业都在有意识无意识地实施系统或不系统的绩效管理,但很多企业都对绩效管理推行的效果不甚满意:要么未达预期效果,甚至绩效不升反降;要么流于形式,走过场;要么管理部门积极推进,业务部门消极应付;要么集团总部积极推进,成员企业消极应付;要么干脆半途而废,不了了之。问题何在?是什么原因导致绩效管理的效果不尽如人意呢?
Many companies are consciously and unconsciously implementing systemic or non-systematic performance management, but many companies are not satisfied with the effect of performance management implementation: they either fail to achieve the desired results, or even decline in performance, or they go into formality and go through the motions; Either the management department actively promotes or the business department responds negatively; either the group headquarters actively promotes or the member companies respond negatively; either they simply stop halfway and leave nothing. What are the problems and what are the reasons for the unsatisfactory results of performance management?
