Objective To understand the acceptance of women’s condoms in female entertainment places. Methods To develop relevant questionnaires, conduct face-to-face surveys of female employees in entertainment establishments in the same area three times before, during and after the intervention, and then conduct a comparative analysis of the collected information. Results The sample sizes of the three surveys were 158, 154 and 151 respectively. About 70% of the employed women had commercial sexual behavior. Over 40% of the women did not use any condom during the last month’s commercial practice. 80 More than one percent of the people did not use any condom in their sexual behaviors with their major partners in the last month. Over 96% of them agreed on the independent disease prevention function of condoms. The number of women using condoms increased from 1.3% to 22.7% of the interventions and 22.5% of the interventions. However, the sensitivity to the external appearance and ease of use of the condoms of women were lower after intervention than before interventions. Conclusion Women in entertainment venues have a more positive understanding of female condoms and are willing to try their best to use them. However, if the condom is to be widely accepted, the condom needs to be improved in terms of appearance and ease of use.
