目的探讨16排螺旋CT在诊断输尿管结石中的价值。方法回顾性分析35例输尿管结石患者的CT资料,均行16排螺旋CT扫描,其中2例经加扫CT增强。扫描层厚5.0mm,层距5.0mm,行B20f Smooth重建函数,重建为0.75mm图像作为源数据传递至Wizard工作站进行多平面重组(MPR)、曲面重建(CPR)、最小密度重建(MIP)成像观察。结果 35例患者中检出输尿管结石33例,结石37枚,其中双侧输尿管结石者4例;2例误诊为输尿管肿瘤。确诊率为94.3%。结论 16排螺旋CT因扫描速度快,质量高,无需肠道准备,能快速、准确对结石定位、定性诊断。尤为对阴性结石及小结石具有较高的敏感性和特异性,是目前检查输尿管结石的最好、最可靠的检查方法之一。
Objective To investigate the value of 16-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of ureteral calculi. Methods The CT data of 35 patients with ureteral calculi were retrospectively analyzed. All patients underwent 16-slice spiral CT scan. Two of them were enhanced by CT scan. Scanning layer thickness 5.0mm, layer spacing 5.0mm, line B20f Smooth reconstruction function, reconstructed into 0.75mm image as the source data transmitted to the Wizard workstation for multi-plane reconstruction (MPR), surface reconstruction (CPR), minimum density reconstruction (MIP) Observed. Results 35 cases of ureteral stones were detected in 33 cases, 37 stones, including bilateral ureteral calculi in 4 cases; 2 cases misdiagnosed as ureteral tumors. The diagnosis rate was 94.3%. Conclusion 16-slice spiral CT has the advantages of fast scanning speed, high quality, no need of intestinal preparation, rapid and accurate positioning and qualitative diagnosis of stones. Especially for negative stones and small stones with high sensitivity and specificity, is the best examination of ureteral stones, the most reliable inspection methods.
