作为英语学习主要途径的阅读是提高英语教学质量,培养学生较强的英语学习能力的关键。本文对阅读教学背景进行研究,阐述了大学英语教学的现状,继而说明有效积极地教学策略是学生提高阅读能力、激发学习动机的关键。
Reading as the main way of English learning is the key to improve the quality of English teaching and cultivate students’ strong English learning ability. This paper studies the background of reading teaching, expounds the current situation of college English teaching, and then shows that effective and active teaching strategies are the key to improve students’ reading ability and stimulate their motivation.
