提出了适应120 km/h速度等级六轴9600kW货运机车要求的车体底架与司机室结构型式;研究了在实际运用中车体的振动、冲击情况,确定了车体强度设计的基本载荷;建立车体有限元模型,对车体进行静强度、疲劳强度、冲击强度等强度分析;根据材料的机械性能、耐低温性能、疲劳裂纹扩展性能、加工性能、焊接性能等因素,选择了车体使用的材料;提出了9600 kW货运机车车体型式试验与例行试验的方法。
The structural style of the chassis and cab of the car body, which are required to meet the six-axis 9600kW freight locomotive of 120 km / h speed grade, are proposed. The vibration and impact of the car body in practical application are studied, and the basic load of the car body strength design is determined. Based on the mechanical properties, low temperature resistance, fatigue crack propagation, processing and welding properties, the car body was selected to establish the finite element model of the car body. The strength of the car body was measured by static strength, fatigue strength and impact strength. Used materials; proposed 9600 kW freight car body type test and routine test methods.
