随着信息技术的高速发展,世界迈入了信息化时代。信息化为工作和生活提供了新的方向,也为档案工作带来新的发展机遇。但是在档案信息化体系中不可避免的会存在绩效评价上的问题,严重影响档案信息建设质量水平的提高。因此,构建起档案信息化的绩效评价体系具有重要的现实意义。本文重点分析阐述了档案信息化绩效评价体系构建应遵循的原则,提出了构建档案信息化绩效评价体系的具体方法,为档案信息化建设提供可借鉴的依据。
With the rapid development of information technology, the world has entered an information age. Informatization has provided a new direction for work and life and brought new development opportunities for the file work. However, inevitably there will be problems in performance appraisal in the file information system, which will seriously affect the quality of archives information construction. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to construct a performance appraisal system of file informationization. This paper analyzes and expounds the principles that should be followed in the construction of archives informatization performance evaluation system, and puts forward the specific methods of constructing archival informationization performance evaluation system, which can provide reference for archives information construction.
