为了探究新疆本土化农业工程技术人才的培养问题,通过横断面调查研究方法,从不同角度探讨新疆普通高等院校农机化专业在校学生专业认知的差异性。调查结果表明:新疆塔里木大学、石河子大学、新疆农业大学三所院校培养的农机化学生同质性特征明显,本土化特征薄弱。针对该现象,提出了新疆农机化专业学生培养过程应注意的问题:针对“三不同”制定相应的培养措施;结合自身特点、借助区域优势,细化培养层次;精准定位人才目标,构建立体培养体系,凸显特色素质能力。
In order to explore the cultivation of Xinjiang native agricultural engineering and technical personnel, through the cross-sectional investigation and research methods, from different angles to explore Xinjiang ordinary institutions of higher learning agricultural mechanization specialty students in the cognitive differences. The survey results show that the characteristics of homogeneity of agricultural mechanization students cultivated by three institutions of Xinjiang Tarim University, Shihezi University and Xinjiang Agricultural University are obvious, and their localization is weak. In view of this phenomenon, this paper puts forward the problems that should be paid attention to in the process of cultivating students of agricultural mechanization specialty in Xinjiang: to formulate corresponding training measures in view of “three different ”; to combine their own characteristics with regional advantages to refine the level of training; Three-dimensional training system, highlighting the ability of the characteristics of quality.
