为探讨自制的中药增液胶囊治疗掌跖破裂性湿疹的治疗机理,应用11只小鼠观察增液胶囊制成的增液溶液对腹部血管壁通透性的影响,并以生理盐水和二甲苯作阴性和阳性对照。结果表明:增液溶液与二甲苯增加血管壁通透性的作用相似,而生理盐水不能提高血管壁通透性,增液溶液增强通透性的作用极显著高于生理盐水(P<0.01)。增液溶液具有强大的提高血管壁通透性的作用可能是其治疗掌跖破裂性湿疹的一个疗效机理。
In order to investigate the therapeutic mechanism of self-made TCM Zengye Capsules in the treatment of palmoplantar ruptured eczema, 11 mice were used to observe the effect of Zengye Capsules on the permeability of abdominal vascular wall, and saline and xylene were used.
