在 La 系元素中,Sm 的蒸气压较高(P_m=773.3Pa)。用超高真空升华技术,在低于其氧化物共升华温度(≈1600℃)下,可以制备高纯 Sm~([1])实验装置主要包括一个连接超高真空机组的 Ta 升华坩埚和冷凝接收器。使用射谱能加热坩埚中的原料,并在坩埚上半部产生一个很大的温度梯度,以造成原料的升华和冷凝条件。
In La series elements, Sm has a higher vapor pressure (Pm = 773.3 Pa). Using ultra-high vacuum sublimation technology, a high-purity Sm ~ ([1]) experimental apparatus can be prepared at a temperature lower than its total co-sublimation temperature (≈1600 ℃). The experimental apparatus mainly consists of a Ta sublimation crucible connected to an ultra-high vacuum unit and condensation receiver. The use of radio frequency energy can heat the crucible in the raw material, and the crucible in the upper half to produce a large temperature gradient to cause the material sublimation and condensation conditions.
