目的:研究胃肠道肿瘤术前应用免疫肠内营养支持的临床效果。方法:选取我院收治的80例胃肠道肿瘤患者,随机将其分为对照组与观察组各40例,对照组应用术前常规饮食护理,观察组应用术前免疫肠内营养支持护理,对比两组患者术后的临床效果。结果:对比两组患者术日的营养指标,观察组的转铁蛋白、前白蛋白均高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);对比两组患者术日的免疫指标,观察组的CD3+、CD4+/CD8+均高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);对照组的并发症发生率是17.5%,观察组是10.0%,观察组低于对照组,对比差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:胃肠道肿瘤术前应用免疫肠内营养支持的临床效果显著,可明显改善患者的营养状况与免疫情况,且可降低术后并发症发生率,值得推广。
Objective: To study the clinical effect of preoperative enteral nutrition support on gastrointestinal tumors. Methods: Eighty patients with gastrointestinal tumors admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 40 cases in each group. The control group was given preoperative routine dietary nursing. The observation group was treated with preoperative immunization with enteral nutrition, The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results: The nutritional indexes of the two groups were compared on the day of operation. The transferrin and prealbumin in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.05) (P <0.05). The incidence of complications in the control group was 17.5% and that in the observation group was 10.0%, which was significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group (P <0.05) . Conclusion: The clinical effect of preoperative enteral nutrition support for gastrointestinal cancer patients is significant, which can significantly improve the nutritional status and immune status of patients, and can reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and is worth promoting.
