洁尔灭(氯苄烷铵)作为抗微生物防腐剂广泛用于药物制剂和卫生用品中,其主要成份为氯化C_(12)、C_(14)和C_(16)烷基二甲基苄铵。本文利用Hofmann降解反应将氯苄烷铵成份转化为易挥发的烷基二甲胺,再进行GC测定,降解反应迅速,条件温和,又可同质谱联用,因此较HPLC更适用于实验室常规分析。降解反应步骤先将样品用苯-DMSO(8∶2)配成1mg/ml的溶液,取该溶液2~10ml移至25ml磨口耐热玻璃试管中,加溶剂(同上)至刻度,再加入100mg特丁醇钾,用力振摇,室温放置10分钟后将反应液
Benzalkonium chloride (benzalkonium chloride) is widely used as an anti-microbial preservative in pharmaceutical preparations and sanitary products. Its main components are C 12, C 14 and C 16 alkyldimethylbenzyl chloride Ammonium.
