目的:选择合适的基体改进剂,改进血中铅含量的测定方法。方法:样品经1%硝酸酸化后,以磷酸二氢铵+Triton X-100混合基体改进剂均匀血样基体,用石墨炉原子吸收法测定血中铅含量。结果:方法检出限为3.24.μg/L,相对标准偏差在3.07~5.75%之间,加标回收率为97.2~103.9%,标准血样(GBW09139g、GBW09140g)的测定结果与参考值无显著性差异。结论:方法易于操作且快速、准确且成本低廉,适用于基层单位工作中大批量样品的检测。
Objective: To select the appropriate matrix modifier to improve the method of determination of lead in blood. Methods: After the sample was acidified with 1% nitric acid, the matrix of blood samples was homogenized with ammonium dihydrogen phosphate and Triton X-100 mixed matrix modifier. The content of lead in blood was determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. Results: The detection limit was 3.24 μg / L with the relative standard deviation of 3.07-5.75%. The recoveries were 97.2-103.9%. The results of the standard blood samples (GBW09139g and GBW09140g) were not significantly different from the reference values difference. Conclusion: The method is easy to operate and fast, accurate and low cost. It is suitable for the detection of large quantities of samples in the work of grass-roots units.
