有关人胎肺的组织发生曾有所报道,如Loosli及Potter、Campiche、Spencer、Boyden等除描述胎肺的一般结构外,并将胎期肺的发育分为三期:即腺状期、小管期和肺泡形成期。Bailis及Connen、Sorokin、Kuhn、Nir Stratton、Snyder等曾采用细胞化学及组织培养方法研究肺泡上皮的分化。肺不仅是重要的呼吸器官,同时又是具有内分泌功能的巨大腺体,在组织发生方面尚有许多问题有待进一步研究,现将所收集的人胎肺组织,先采用数种常用组化方法观察其组织分化。
