随着全球经济一体化发展,我国企业面临前所未有的生存压力,实践证明,企业要快速发展不仅要制定有效的战略规划,还要重视战略性管理沟通在企业发展中的作用,因此,本文通过分析战略性管理沟通在提升企业战略中的作用,针对如何根据企业实际状况制定有效的管理沟通模式进行探讨,以期通过本文的阐述提升企业战略执行力,促进企业发展。
With the development of global economic integration, Chinese enterprises are under unprecedented pressure to survive. Practice has proved that to develop rapidly, enterprises need not only to formulate effective strategic planning, but also to emphasize the role of strategic management communication in enterprise development. Therefore, The strategic management communication plays an important role in enhancing the corporate strategy, and discusses how to formulate an effective management and communication mode according to the actual situation of the enterprise, in order to enhance the strategic execution ability and promote the enterprise development through the elaboration of this article.
