目的探究阴道分泌物常规镜检法、革兰氏染色镜检法和抗原检测法对治疗后阴道炎疗效评价的应用价值.方法选取2019年6月至8月间在我院门诊接受治疗的阴道炎复检患者132例,同时进行阴道分泌物常规镜检、革兰氏染色镜检法和阴道分泌物白色念珠菌/阴道毛滴虫/阴道加德纳抗原检测,对检测结果进行比较分析.结果对于细菌性阴道炎,阴道分泌物常规镜检法,革兰氏染色镜检法和抗原检测法在的阳性检出率分别为13.8%、21.1%和65.0%,弱阳性检出率分别为31.4%、49.1%和19.5%,差异有统计学意义,抗原检测法阳性检出率
