目的研究血液污染医疗器械的保存方法对清洗效果的影响。方法采用隐血试验方法,对人工污染新鲜血液污染的医疗器械,经过不同保存方式后清洗检测清洗效果。结果将血液污染器械浸泡在水中、表面喷涂酶洗液、将其密封和敞开放置等4组保存方式,经相同清洗方法清洗后,潜血阳性率依次为2.00%、11.00%、21.00%和30.67%,以清水浸泡保存组阳性率最低,且不受保存时间的影响。结论血液污染器械应保存在水中,表面喷涂酶洗液或密封保存的器械均应在1 h内清洗。
Objective To study the effect of preservation of blood-contaminated medical devices on the cleaning effect. Methods The method of occult blood test was used to detect the cleaning effect on the medical devices contaminated by fresh blood which were artificially contaminated by different preservation methods. Results After soaking the blood-contaminated instruments in water, the surface was sprayed with enzyme washing solution and sealed and opened. After the same cleaning method was used, the positive rates of occult blood were 2.00%, 11.00%, 21.00% and 30.67% , The lowest positive rate in water immersion preservation group, and not affected by the preservation time. Conclusion Blood-contaminated equipment should be stored in water, and the surface should be cleaned with enzyme spray solution or sealed and stored instruments within 1 h.
