可编程控制器的通信和联网功能越来越强,而且能适应恶劣的现场环境,具有很高的可靠性。针对当前构建煤矿综合自动化系统的需要,采用西门子S7-300PLC,IEC870-5-103规约的通信接口方法进行了研究和系统开发,给出了流程图说明程序功能。该系统已经用于全国多个投产煤矿中,通过PLC的以太网通信处理器接入矿井综合自动化系统,实现了矿井变电站自动化系统的无人值守。
PLC communication and networking capabilities are more and more strong, and can adapt to the harsh field environment, with high reliability. Aiming at the current need of building integrated coal mine automation system, the communication interface method based on Siemens S7-300 PLC and IEC870-5-103 protocol is used to research and develop the system. The flow chart shows the function of the program. The system has been used in a number of coal mines nationwide and has been integrated into the integrated mine automation system through Ethernet communication processor of PLC to realize the unattended operation of mine substation automation system.
