H型钢异型坯在连铸过程中容易出现表面裂纹,设计准确的结晶器锥度可有效减少裂纹的发生。为了分析异型坯连铸结晶器锥度问题,建立了异型坯连铸结晶器内热力耦合模型,使用多载荷步法求解实现铸坯应力遗传行为,描述了结晶器内铸坯各个面气隙的生长历程。研究结果表明:异型坯腹板、R角未产生收缩,翼缘端面、窄面会在结晶器内产生气隙,最大分别为0.96 mm、0.65 mm。可为研究H型钢异型坯结晶器内收缩特性、锥度设计提供可靠的理论和生产依据。
H-beam shaped blank prone to surface cracks in the continuous casting process, the design of an accurate mold taper can effectively reduce the occurrence of cracks. In order to analyze the taper problem of continuous casting mold, the thermodynamic coupling model of continuous casting mold was established. The multi-load step method was used to solve the stress behavior of slab. The growth of air gap on each side of mold was described course. The results show that the R angle of non-deformed billet web does not shrink, and the flange face and narrow face will generate air gap in the mold with the maximum of 0.96 mm and 0.65 mm, respectively. It can provide reliable theory and production basis for studying shrinkage characteristics and taper design of H-beam shaped blank mold.
