整体涡轮叶盘精加工是决定叶盘最终几何精度的关键技术 ,电火花加工 (EDM)则是涡轮叶盘精加工的有力手段。在涡轮叶盘EDM精加工中电极的设计的基础上 ,进行了电极在带冠叶盘弯扭狭窄通道中无干涉进给轨迹的搜索 ,其中的核心问题是电极运动约束条件的确定。最后给出了轨迹搜索的范例结果
The overall turbine blade finishing is to determine the final geometry of the key disk precision technology, EDM is a powerful tool for turbine leaf disc finishing. Based on the design of the electrode in the EDM finishing of the turbine disc, the search of the trajectory of the electrode without interference in the narrow and narrow channel of the disc with crown disc was conducted.
