目的:通过Box-Behnken效应面法优化银线草中总黄酮的提取工艺。方法:以乙醇浓度(X_1)、液料比(X_2)和提取时间(X_3)为自变量,以银线草中总黄酮的提取量(Y)为因变量,利用Box-Behnken效应面法优化银线草中总黄酮的提取工艺。结果:银线草中总黄酮的最佳提取工艺参数为:乙醇浓度为54.8%,液料比为13.6,提取时间为2.0 h,通过3批验证提取工艺参数,银线草中总黄酮的提取量实测值与回归模型预测值的相对误差为-2.34%。结论:使用Box-Behnken效应面法优化银线草中总黄酮的提取工艺,方法简便,精度更高。
OBJECTIVE: To optimize the extraction of total flavonoids from Silurus purpurea by Box-Behnken effect surface method. Methods: The effects of ethanol concentration (X_1), liquid to liquid ratio (X_2) and extraction time (X_3) were taken as independent variables and the total flavonoid extract (Y) of Silurus purpurea was used as a dependent variable to optimize the method using Box-Behnken effect surface method Extraction Technology of Total Flavonoids from Silky Grass. Results: The optimal extraction parameters of total flavonoids from Silurus purpurea were: ethanol concentration 54.8%, liquid to material ratio 13.6 and extraction time 2.0 h. The extraction of total flavonoids from Silurus intermedius The relative error between the measured value and the regression model is -2.34%. Conclusion: The Box-Behnken effect surface method is used to optimize the extraction of total flavonoids from Silurus purpurea. The method is simple and accurate.
