从管理学的角度,对我国有关裁判员的考核、培训和执裁水平评价的论文、教材等研究成果和体育管理部门选派裁判员的方法进行了描述和评论。研究认为,我国裁判员的评价系统的研究缺乏整体性、系统性;存在着研究范围狭窄、研究视角局限,成果缺乏推广性等问题;实践操作层面则存在着裁判员的定性评价标准不规范,定量评价标准不全面的缺陷。现有的成果多是在现状调查的基础上,发现问题,进而提出对策,研究缺乏科学的理论指导。
From the perspective of management, this paper describes and comments on the research results of China’s assessment of referees, the evaluation of the training and the level of the dissertation, teaching materials and other research results and the method of selecting the referee by the sports management department. The research shows that there is a lack of integrity and systematicness in the evaluation system of referee in our country. There are some problems such as narrow research scope, limited research perspective and lack of popularization of results. There are some problems in the practice level, Quantitative evaluation criteria are not comprehensive defects. Most of the existing achievements are found on the basis of the status quo survey, problems are found, and then the countermeasures are put forward. The lack of scientific theoretical guidance can be found in the research.
