用热力耦合弹塑性有限元方法模拟了 H 型钢万能孔型热轧过程金属流动方式, 建立了能反映 H 型钢万能轧制的边界约束模型。结果显示, 变形区内横截面应变分布非常复杂, 腹板和翼板间的金属交换在不同变形区域内发生方向变化。
The thermodynamic coupled elasto-plastic finite element method was used to simulate the flow pattern of the H-shaped steel in the hot-rolling process and the boundary constraint model was established to reflect the H-beam universal rolling. The results show that the cross-sectional strain distribution in the deformation zone is very complicated, and the metal exchange between the web and the wing varies in different deformation zones.
