赞皇县机械厂是我国生产面粉加工成套设备的定点专业厂家,国家二级企业,具有多年的生产实践和丰富经验。企业技术力量雄厚,产品多次荣获省优、部优称号。经济指标连续八年一直居全国同行业排头兵地位。 一、对象选择 近年来,随着改革开放的深入发展,产品市场竞争日益激烈。作为省科技先导型企业,赞皇县机械厂视科技为第一生产力,始终把依靠科技,开发优质产品作为发展企业的根本出路。随着我国城乡人民生活水平的不断提高,人们对面粉质量的要求也越来越高。为了满足市场需求,我厂科研人员开发了6FTS—12T型面粉加工成套设备,用于生产特一粉和标准粉两种产品。但所生产的面粉粉色差、麸星多、灰分偏高,无法满足用户对面粉质量的要求。同时生产成本较高,使产品销路无法打开。在这种情况下,我厂科研人员决定应用价值工程理论作指导,对6FTS—12T型面粉加工成套设备进行改进,以期开发性能优良的新型产品。
Zanhuang Machinery Factory is a designated professional manufacturer of complete sets of equipment for processing flour in China. It is a national second-tier enterprise and has many years of production practice and rich experience. The company has strong technical force and has won the title of “Provincially Excellent, Excellent Ministry” for many times. For eight consecutive years, the economic indicators have taken the lead in the same industry in the country. I. Object Selection In recent years, with the in-depth development of reform and opening up, product market competition has become increasingly fierce. As a provincial science and technology pilot enterprise, Zhanhuang Machinery Factory regards science and technology as the first productive force, and always regards relying on science and technology and developing high-quality products as the fundamental way for the development of enterprises. With the continuous improvement of people’s living standards in both urban and rural areas in China, people’s demand for flour quality is also increasing. In order to meet the market demand, our plant researchers have developed 6FTS-12T flour processing equipment for the production of special powder and standard powder. However, the flour produced has poor pink color, many bran stars and high ash content and cannot meet the user’s requirements for flour quality. At the same time, the production cost is high, so that the product cannot be opened for sale. Under this circumstance, the scientific research personnel of our factory decided to apply the value engineering theory as a guide to improve the 6FTS-12T flour processing complete sets of equipment in order to develop new products with excellent performance.
