观察WR-1065对CHO AA8细胞DNA代谢和细胞周期的影响.方法和结果:培养细胞照前30min加WR-1065,最终浓度为4mmol/L,用~(137)Cs γ射线照射后立即移去WR-1065,用37℃PBS洗细胞,加新鲜培养基培养7天后,染色细胞集落并计数,结果经WR-1065处理细胞的D_0值为2.5Gy,对照组为1.25Gy,防护系数为2.0,再次证实WR-1065对细胞有很好的辐射防护能力.细胞在4mmol/L WR-1065中培
Observe the effect of WR-1065 on DNA metabolism and cell cycle of CHO AA8 cells. Methods and Results: Culture cells were treated with WR-1065 for 30 min before irradiation with a final concentration of 4 mmol/L. Immediately after irradiation with ~(137)Cs γ-rays, they were removed. WR-1065, cells were washed with PBS at 37°C, cultured in fresh medium for 7 days, colonies were stained and counted. As a result, the D_0 value of the cells treated with WR-1065 was 2.5 Gy, the control group was 1.25 Gy, and the protective coefficient was 2.0. Once again confirmed that WR-1065 has good radioprotective capacity on cells. Cells were cultured in 4mmol/L WR-1065.
