目的了解空巢老年慢性疼痛患者生活质量现状,并探讨空巢老年慢性疼痛患者希望水平、生活质量、社会支持之间关系及希望水平在生活质量与社会支持之间中介作用。方法 2016年2-12月,应用便利抽样方法,应用一般资料调查表、生活质量量表、赫氏希望量表、社会支持评定量表、简式Mc Gill疼痛问卷对辽宁省沈阳市(辽中县、康平县、法库县)、大连市(瓦房店市、庄河市、普兰店市)、朝阳市(朝阳县、北票市、建平县)和锦州市(黑山县、义县、凌海市)的空巢老年慢性疼痛患者进行问卷调查。对空巢老年慢性疼痛患者希望水平、社会支持和生活质量之间关系进行Pearson相关分析和中介效应分析。结果本研究共发放1 320份调查问卷,回收有效问卷1 280份,有效回收率为96.97%。空巢老年慢性疼痛患者生活质量总得分为(90.76±15.95)分,社会支持总得分为(66.48±9.79)分,希望水平总得分为(36.36±3.98)分。社会支持总得分及各个维度得分与希望水平总得分、积极态度得分和积极行为得分之间均呈正向相关关系(P<0.05),与生活质量总得分之间呈正向相关关系(P<0.05)。希望水平总得分及各个维度得分与其生活质量总得分之间均呈正向相关关系(P<0.05)。希望水平在空巢老年慢性疼痛患者社会支持与生活质量之间起到中介作用,中介效应为0.192,占总效应为50.58%。结论空巢老年慢性疼痛患者社会支持水平不仅可以直接影响其生活质量水平,又可以通过希望水平间接影响其生活质量水平。
Objective To understand the current situation of quality of life in the elderly patients with empty-neck chronic pain and to explore the relationship between the hope level, quality of life and social support in elderly patients with empty-nesrach and the mediating role of hope level between quality of life and social support. Methods From February to December of 2016, the Convenient Sampling Method was applied to investigate the risk factors and risk factors in Shenyang City (Liaozhong, Liaoning Province, China) using the General Information Questionnaire, Quality of Life Scale, Hatch’s Hope Scale, Social Support Rating Scale, County, Kangping County and Faku County), Dalian (Wafangdian, Zhuanghe and Pulandian), Chaoyang (Chaoyang, Beipiao and Jianping) and Jinzhou (Heishan and Yixian , Linghai City) empty-nest elderly chronic pain patients were surveyed. Pearson correlation analysis and mediator effect analysis were conducted on the relationship between the hopefulness, social support and quality of life of the elderly patients with empty neck chronic pain. Results A total of 1 320 questionnaires were distributed in this study. 1,280 valid questionnaires were collected, with an effective recovery rate of 96.97%. The total quality of life of elderly patients with empty-neck chronic pain was (90.76 ± 15.95) points, the total score of social support was (66.48 ± 9.79) points, and the expected level of total score was (36.36 ± 3.98) points. There was a positive correlation between total scores of social support and all dimensions of the scores, the total score of hope level, positive attitude score and positive behavior score (P <0.05), and positively correlated with the total quality of life score (P <0.05) . It is hoped that there is a positive correlation between the total score and the scores of each dimension and the total score of their quality of life (P <0.05). The level of hope plays an intermediary role in the social support and quality of life of elderly patients with empty-neck chronic pain. The mediation effect is 0.192, accounting for 50.58% of the total effect. Conclusion The social support of elderly patients with empty-neck chronic pain can not only directly affect the quality of life, but also indirectly affect the quality of life through the hope level.
