本文在分析了东北电网和白山电站运行状况的基础上,论述了改造白山电站成为混合式抽水蓄能电站,提高电网调峰能力和效益的可行性及合理性。通过对已建白山、红石梯级电站具体条件的分析,提出了增建白山蓄能泵站的方式和装机容量。通过电力电量平衡分析,论述蓄能泵站对东北电网的作用。通过对白山电站的动能指标重新设计,分析增建蓄能泵站后的动能效益和经济效益。
Based on the analysis of the operating conditions of Northeast Power Grid and Baishan Power Station, this paper discusses the feasibility and rationality of transforming Baishan Power Station into a hybrid pumped storage power station and improving the peaking capacity and efficiency of the power grid. Based on the analysis of the specific conditions of the built Baishan and Hongshi cascade hydropower stations, the ways and capacity of the Baishan storage pump station are proposed. Through the power balance analysis, discussion of energy storage pump station on the Northeast Power Grid. Through the redesign of the kinetic energy index of Baishan Hydropower Station, the kinetic energy benefit and economic benefit of the accumulative energy storage pumping station are analyzed.
