苏州市区587名技工营养健康状况调查及分析

目的了解苏州市区技术工人群体的营养健康状况,为有目的地开展健康干预提供依据。方法收集技工体检数据,对体质指数(BMI)、血压、血糖、血红蛋白等指标进行统计分析。结果被调查者中<30岁年龄组低体重率最高达23%;而超重、肥胖率有随年龄而增加的趋势(P<0.01);达到贫血标准者皆为女性;出现血糖增高的人员50%以上处于<30岁年龄段;单因素方差分析和多元线性回归分析显示,BMI与年龄、性别显著相关(P<0.01);性别、BMI、年龄对血压水平的影响有显著性(P<0.01,P<0.05);年龄对血糖水平的影响有显著性(P<0.01);血红蛋白水平与BMI和年龄均无相关性(P>0.05)。结论苏州市区技工中营养缺乏、贫血主要出现在年轻人尤其是女性,肥胖、血压及血糖偏高以男性及中老年人较明显。对技工应按年龄和性别有针对性地开展健康教育及干预。 Objective To understand the nutritional status of skilled workers in Suzhou urban area and provide the basis for health interventions with purpose. Methods The physical examination data were collected and the BMI, blood pressure, blood glucose, hemoglobin and other indicators were statistically analyzed. Results The under-weight rate of <30-year-old group was up to 23% while the overweight and obesity rate increased with age (P <0.01). All those who reached the standard of anemia were female. Results of one-way ANOVA and multivariate linear regression analysis showed that BMI was significantly associated with age and sex (P <0.01), and gender, BMI and age had significant effects on blood pressure (P <0.01) , P <0.05). The effect of age on blood glucose level was significant (P <0.01). There was no correlation between hemoglobin level and BMI and age (P> 0.05). Conclusion There is a lack of nutrition in Suzhou urban workers. Anemia mainly occurs in young people, especially in women. Obesity, high blood pressure and high blood sugar are more obvious in male and middle-aged people. Technical workers should be health education and intervention targeted by age and gender.
