对社会化媒体的研究多集中于社交网络,从整体上讨论用户信息行为对信息管理所产生的作用和影响却鲜受关注。文章从用户行为的角度对国内外社会化媒体平台进行定性研究。根据对平台的功能定位,将社会化信息行为功能分为3大部分:内容生成、内容评价和内容分享。在此基础上,总结出社会化用户信息行为的3种聚合机制:主题聚合、评价聚合和功能聚合。针对互联网信息行为呈现出“多维度多形态”的特点,用户通过对社会化媒体具体功能的使用,能够达到更好的信息聚合及个人认知构建的目的。
Research on social media focuses more on social networks. However, it is of great concern to discuss the role and impact of user information on information management as a whole. The article conducts a qualitative research on the social media platform at home and abroad from the perspective of user behavior. According to the functional orientation of the platform, the socialized information behavior functions are divided into three parts: content generation, content evaluation and content sharing. On this basis, we summarize three kinds of aggregation mechanism of socialized user information behavior: thematic aggregation, evaluation aggregation and functional aggregation. The behavior of Internet information presents “multi-dimensional multi-modal ” features, users through the use of specific functions of social media, to achieve better information aggregation and personal cognitive construction purposes.
