零能耗的城市住宅是将可持续利用理念融入建筑的一种策略,需要根据住宅自身特点及所处地区的气候特征进行潜力分析,指导建筑设计。通过调研选取了天津市某小区的主力户型作为基准模型的户型,以此为基础建立了天津城市住宅的基准模型,设定住宅模型边界条件进行能耗模拟并对住宅的发电潜力进行了计算,将能耗与发电潜力进行耦合计算,发现在天津地区6层以下的多层住宅中完全可以实现零能耗,6-8层的多层住宅基本可以实现零能耗,9-13的小高层住宅可以实现70-80%的零能耗。
Zero-energy urban housing is a strategy of integrating the concept of sustainable use into buildings and requires potential analysis based on the characteristics of the home and the climatic characteristics of the area where it is located to guide the architectural design. Based on this, the basic model of Tianjin city dwelling house was set up, and the boundary conditions of residential buildings were set up to simulate the energy consumption and the power generation potential of residential buildings was calculated. Coupled calculation of energy consumption and power generation potential found that in Tianjin area 6 floors below the multi-storey residential can achieve zero energy consumption, 6-8 layer of multi-storey residential basically can achieve zero energy consumption, 9-13 small high-rise Residential can achieve 70-80% of the zero energy consumption.
